Something about me.....My name`s Thomas Inauen and I`m living in Brülisau, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Switzerland! Martial Arts is my life and I spend much of my time in training! My first martial art is "Aikido" This is a wonderful and traditional martial art from Japan! I`m really loving it and I`m doing it for about 10 years now! I`m also very grateful to have the honor, to teach childrenclasses and sometimes helping my teacher in the adult-classes! You also will find sometimes some stuff about Aikido on this site! My other martial art,(not difficult to find out) is "Tricking" Next to Aikido, this is my biggest passion! I`m training in Tricking about 2-3 times a week and I`m doing that for about 6 years now! I can`t stop training because you always can try new tricks and test yourself! For me, it is expressing yourself in doing tricks..... I also do fitness-training and stretching a few times a week! It is very important for me to have a strong and flexible body! It helps you a lot in martial arts and specially in tricking! You also can prevent injuries with serious training!This website is a place to show my vidoes and what I`m about! I hope it will give you a little bit of inspiration!
